Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 24, 2026

1. Terms Acceptance Matrix

By accessing or utilizing the localized utility dashboards hosted at ConfigDev ("the Service"), you explicitly acknowledge and agree to comply with these comprehensive Terms of Service. If you do not accept these software provisions, you are restricted from utilizing the underlying configuration calculators, validators, and text parsers.

2. Description of Utilities

ConfigDev operates as a decentralized, non-account-based platform provisioning web-based software execution tools (including crontab converters, PII scrubbers, network masks indicators, and configuration formatters). All functionalities are distributed strictly as free web utilities for personal or commercial application.

3. Acceptable Use Safeguards

Because all code transformation engines run locally within your browser context, you preserve complete structural control over your configurations. However, you explicitly agree not to use the interface to craft malicious text expressions, simulate automated resource denials, or reverse-engineer the compilation routines for malicious exploitation.

4. Intellectual Property

The layout components, interface frameworks, branding coordinates, and system logic compiling code strings on this platform represent unique proprietary assets or open-source licenses maintained by ConfigDev. You are granted a restricted, revocable license to access the layout tools strictly via normal client terminal interfaces.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is deployed on an "as is" and "as available" evaluation baseline without any explicit or structural guarantees of any kind. ConfigDev does not claim that formatting output syntax maps flawlessly across every production Linux kernel environment, server distribution configuration, or validation runtime loop. You carry full end-user verification responsibilities before applying generated configuration structures inside real-world architecture.

6. Fundamental Limitation of Liability

In no scenario shall ConfigDev, its source maintainers, or technical authors be held accountable for any operational regressions, direct server failures, production file line drops, network configuration collapses, data leakages, or financial resource loss stemming from the use, inability to use, or parsing errors generated by our software dashboards.

7. Modifications to Terms

We retain full authority to change these system governance regulations at any moment by refreshing the revision coordinates pinned above. Continued execution of user data models inside this platform constitutes persistent acceptance of updated rulesets.
